adidas PINK MOVEMENT

Padel for a cause. Sport creating impact.

The adidas PINK MOVEMENT is an international initiative led by adidas and AFP Courts that brings together sport, solidarity, and social impact to support the fight against breast cancer and promote gender equality in sports, especially within the padel community and on the official pink padel court. 

The movement is a social and community platform that combines sport, awareness, education, and fundraising through tournaments, exhibition matches, clinics, workshops, charity events, and breast cancer prevention and early-detection activities.

The project began with the installation of the first fully pink padel court in Mexico in 2024, becoming a symbol of visibility, inclusion, and support for thousands of women. Since then, the initiative has expanded internationally to countries such as Germany, Italy, Indonesia, Cyprus, and the Netherlands.

In the Netherlands, the movement was developed together with Pink Ribbon, AFP Courts, Allesvoorpadel and HAL 0172 at Sportcentrum Nieuwkoop, with the shared goal of raising funds for breast cancer research and creating awareness through sport.

The 5 pillars of the movement:

1. Raising funds for cancer research and prevention.
2. Promoting prevention and early-detection initiatives.
3. Building collaborations with foundations and social organizations.
4. Encouraging equality and inclusion in sports.
5. Empowering women on and off the court.

Non-profit organizations play a key role within the project. All activities and funds generated through the movement directly support social and research causes, creating a real and positive community impact.

Partner organizations can join the movement through charity campaigns, awareness events, fundraising activities, workshops, and educational programs connected to padel.
